IAC Security Training: Manager, Supervisor, Customer Service and Documentation Staff

Full-scope training course for employees engaging in customer service, documentation and supervision/management at the station level.

Course Overview

“This course fulfills the training requirements specified in the IACSSP, through Change 9, plus amendments, alternate procedures thereto, and implementing instructions relevant to the topics addressed in this training.

This is full-scope training, including screened cargo handling and ground transfer, for IAC direct employees engaged in customer service, documentation and supervision/management at the station level. It encourages employees to seek clarification on any issues of concern with one’s supervisor or IAC Security Coordinator.

This course may be used for both initial and annual refresher training”
