Course Overview

International freight forwarders and customs brokers perform essential services in facilitating international trade. Trade in physical goods and commodities consists of countless particular export-import transactions, each requiring international transportation, compliance with government export and import laws and procedures, and a variety of other types of commercial services to accomplish transportation of the goods and, as needed, additional services such as payment for goods, insurance against loss, etc. Of course, there are procedural standards and practices throughout the process.
