This course provides a practical overview of U.S. export compliance, covering the key steps and responsibilities for filing export declarations, transmitting EEI, and securing proper authorizations. Participants will learn to navigate export embargoes, sanctions, and license requirements, identify and manage suspicious shipments, and ensure compliance with U.S. export and transportation laws. The course also addresses special requirements for Canada-bound shipments, the roles of PPI, USPPI, and FPPI, and processing rules for categories such as Customs Bond, duty drawback, and DEA-controlled exports.
