By accessing and using our website (“Site”) and services (“Services”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site or Services.

We provide access to our website, Learning Management System (LMS), and may offer demo courses to the public. The Services are intended for educational and informational purposes.
3. User Accounts
- Registration: You may need to create an account to access certain features of our website, LMS and demo courses.
- Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update your information as necessary.
4. Our License to You
Subject to these Terms and our policies, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and freely revocable license to use the Site(s) and the Services as permitted by the features of the Site(s) and the Services. Freight Path Academy reserves all rights not expressly granted herein in the Site and the Services and the FreightPath courses.
Using the Site(s) and the Services does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights in our Site(s) or our Services or in the FreightPath courses or other content that you access.
Additional terms may apply for any FreightPath courses or other content that you download from, upload to, or print from the Site(s) and/or together with the Services. Any such additional terms will be made available to you prior to initiating any applicable uploads, downloads, prints, or other electronic means of data or content capture.
Business Users: If you, as a Business Account Owner, or your Users under your Business Account choose or purchase a FreightPath course on the Site(s) or as otherwise organized by us, FreightPath grants each User for that Business Account (“each, a Business User”) a non-exclusive, non-transferable license (“Business License”) to use certain paid features of the Site(s) and the Services for the duration of that FreightPath course(s) on the Site(s) (“Business License Term”) pursuant to these Terms. Any renewal of a Business License Term for FreightPath courses is automatic upon payment of any fees by the Business Account Owner, during the checkout process on the Site(s) or as otherwise organized by FreightPath, for FreightPath courses on the Site(s) and permits each Business User use of certain paid features of the Site(s) and the Services for the duration of that FreightPath course(s).
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and with 14 days’ notice, to remove any User at any time or cancel any licenses granted pursuant to these Terms for any reason, unless there has been a breach of these Terms (including but not limited to non-payment of fees), in which case we may remove the User or cancel the relevant license with immediate effect and without liability to us.
5. Use of Services
- Restrictions: You agree not to: Modify, copy, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Site or Services.
Reverse engineer or access the Site to build a competitive product.
Use the Services for any unlawful or prohibited activities.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Freight Path Academy and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of any content may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.
